Margala View - A Project of Twin City Housing

Transfers of  Margala View Housing Scheme property  are legal only when a transaction is formalized in the presence of an authorized officer of the company in its respective office : Twin City Housing (Pvt) Ltd.(TCH) 12-D SNC Centre, Fazal-e-Haq Road, Blue Area  Islamabad.

The company does not recognize a sale deed concluded outside its office premises and does not support any claims based on such a document. Once the buyer and seller agree on basic terms of sale they must appear before the authorized officer in TCH with the following documents :

• Application for transfer of plot
• Affidavit by the seller
• Undertaking by the purchaser
• Allotment letter / possession certificate in original
• Original NIC of seller and purchaser.
• Membership form of purchaser alongwith Membership / Transfer fee 

      (Transfer fee @ 40/- per Sq. yards of plot and membership fee Rs. 2000/- only) 

1. Transfer is subject to appearance of the seller and the purchaser in person
2. Power of Attorney is accepted

i)                    It must be verified by the respective Pakistani embassy / High commission  and attested by Foreign Office for overseas members.

ii)                  For local members to be present at the office of sub-registrar.

1. Transfer of plot will be permissible on payment of full dues at the time of transfer, with the prior approval and subject to rules/regulations laid down by the Company.

Documents required for possession of plot in MVHS

• Application by the allottee / transferee
• Copy of allotment / transfer letter
• Copy of NIC of allottee / transferee
• Pay order / cash for the possession fee in favour of Twin City Housing (Pvt) Ltd. @ Rs. 10/- per Sq. yards.
