• 5 (five) copies of building plans Architectural & Structural drawings (on separate sheets).
• Structural design calculations.
• Filled-in Form A1, A2
• Indemnity Bond on Rs. 30/- Stamp Paper.
• Certificate of soundness & stability from Structural Engineer
• Undertaking on Rs. 5/- Stamp Paper for safety of adjacent side walls during construction of Basement.
• Scrutiny Fee (Approval & Completion) as under
- Scrutiny fee @ Rs. 3 per Sft of proposed covered area or Rs. 5000, whichever is more for residential building.
- Scrutiny fee @ Rs. 10 per Sft of proposed covered area or Rs. 15000, whichever is more for Commercial building.
• Copy of National Identity Card of Allottee or Transferee or Attorney as the case may be.
• Copy of Allotment letter or Transfer Letter.
• Copy of Possession Certificate (Site Plan).
• Copy of acceptance of Attorney, if applicable.
Certificate required on Drawings / Building Plans
• The structure of this building has been designed by the undersigned.
• The design corresponds to the bearing capacity of the soil at this Site.
• The design caters for seismic requirements of the Islamabad Region.
• Soundness and Stability of the structure is Certified.
Requirements for issuance of completion certificate and process to apply.
Application can be made on Form B1, B2 duly signed by the allottee/transferee, approved architect and structural engineer along with the following documents.
• Filled-in Form B1, B2 along with 5 (five) copies of completion plan as per actual construction at site.
• Copy of N.I.C of Allottee or Transferee.
• Completion Scrutiny Fee as per rates of approval of building plans. |
